**Sales Administrator
Location: Tipton
Salary - £18,500 to £20,000 Depending on experience**
You must demonstrate a passion for excellence and excel in customer service, you will be confident in speaking to customers on the phone and really want to learn new office skills.
**Key responsibilities**:
To deal courteously and efficiently with customer enquiries and orders. Regularly progress customers outstanding orders and effective dealing of all correspondence. Calling new and existing customers to increase sales.
**Key attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills with a knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work as part of a team but also show the skills to be able work unattended.

**Main tasks**:

- Processing orders using Sage 50. (A knowledge of Sage 50 is essential)
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries and raising quotes from the enquiries.
- Updating Database with stock numbers etc.
- Liaising with office staff members and helping with the admin duties.

**Working Hours - 09.00 am to 17.00 pm Monday to Thursday
Friday 09.00 am to 16.00 pm
1 Hour lunch
Salary £18,500 - £22,000 Depending on experience**
**Immediate start is available
