On behalf of my client based in Northwich I am recruiting for a Administration co-ordinator. This is a office based role Monday - Friday offering £23,000 - £26,000
- A flexible team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Ability to adapt to meet changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and confident communication skills.
- Competent computer / IT skills, including word and excel.

A proven track record of a role that has involved high attention to detail is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange transport with the hauliers / shipping lines.
- Process and submit customs declarations.
- Check and submit VGMs.
- Accurately raise all documentation
- Ensure all documentation is raised in accordance with the client's contract or letter of credit and is raised.
