Amazon Account Executive required

**Job Title: Amazon Account Executive**
**Location: Gateshead**
**Salary: Up to £35k, plus bonus**

Our client is a global leading, specialist manufacturer based in the North of England who is looking for a talented and experienced Amazon Account Executive to join their team.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms, ensuring campaigns target high-traffic and high-conversion keywords.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse metrics, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve sales goals.
- Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve advertising strategies.
- Manage and enhance organic product listings to improve visibility and search rankings on Amazon.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend keywords to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, incorporating best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Implement strategies to encourage positive customer reviews and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and marketplace developments to leverage opportunities for growth.
- Create a balance of paid and organic sales to ensure budget responsibility does not affect growth targets.
- Use data analytics tools to generate reports and insights on performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Present regular performance reports to management, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Amazon Account Management.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Amazon Account Executive or a similar role with a focus on Amazon ads and organic listing optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Amazon’s algorithm.
- Familiarity with Amazon SEO strategies and best practices to optimize product listings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets on Amazon.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Vendor Central.
