**Marketplace Executive**
**Role Description**
We are a fast growing and award-winning spa retailer that first launched in 2018 and have sold over 55,000 Spas all over the UK & USA
**Key Accountabilities**
**Marketplace Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on various online marketplaces.
- Monitor and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Implement strategies to optimise search rankings and visibility.
**Sales and Growth**:
- Develop and execute plans to drive sales and revenue growth on each marketplace.
- Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns.
**Customer Experience**:
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience on all marketplace platforms.
- Address customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to align strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to optimise processes and relationships.
**Data Analysis**:
- Utilise data analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators.
- Generate insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferable)
- Proven experience in e-commerce and marketplace management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various online marketplaces and their unique requirements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with online advertising and digital marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
