**Job description**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Help Account Executives to process sales and stock orders, in accordance with established internal procedures
- Assist colleagues with sales and purchase orders and all aspects of their administration
- Obtain product and freight forwarder details with customer's assistance to fulfill their requirements
- Communicate customer's requirements clearly and accurately to colleagues in Taiwan
- Maintain and monitor warehouse stock levels and container arrivals
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Update and maintain database information, relating to customers, products and packaging materials
- Provide required documents to customers
- General filing and office housekeeping
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills to work as part of a team
- Reliable, well-organized and attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Be able to successfully work on own initiative and with supervision
- Hands-on experience with Sage Accounting system or other “back-office” computer systems is a plus
- Knowledge of office procedures, business communications and accounting principles
- Experience in related work preferred, but full on-the-job training will be provided
- Qualification from further education, degree or certificate, in business related tasks are considered to be beneficial

**Salary negotiable, please indicate your expectation when applying**

Work environment: comfortable, supportive and friendly: 5 colleagues.

Working hours : 37.5 hours/week (Flexi-time)

Possibility of less hours, if commitments mean that 37.5 hours/week are considered to be too many

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
