Service Advisor required to work for a successful family-run franchise dealer in Leominster. Manufacturer training will be given. Position is full-time, rota 1in3 Saturday morning and opportunity for overtime.

**As a Service Advisor you will be required to**:

- Take and book customer service requirements
- Greet customers when they arrive at the service department
- Manage Customer bookings from start to finish throughout the day
- Timely and effectively deal with customer requirements.
- Support Management with ad-hoc tasks
- check the customer in and out and explaining the work carried out and the benefits etc.

**Expected Skills**:

- Customer Service Experience.
- Good level of computer literacy
- Good customer service skills
- A good telephone manner
- Ability to work as effective team member
- Full clean Driving Licence and no previous criminal convictions
