Supply Operations Assistant

- what you'll be doing
- As a Supply Operations Assistant you'll be managing our waste distribution process, supporting on our key systems and getting into the nitty gritty of operations.- Our team is the link between demand and supply, the final piece of the jigsaw that gets our products to the shelves. We partner closely with our hauliers and multiple teams across the business (commercial, supply and product markets to name a few) to ensure we are always available for our customers.We are looking for someone special to join the UK & Ireland Operations team as a Supply Operations Assistant. This is a 12-month placement starting in June 2024, ideal for someone looking to experience the world of supply chain as part of their sandwich course.- you'll have

- Great critical thinking & strong excel skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships (both internally & externally) - the foundation of a collaborative supply team is based on the people involved, be it at innocent, our logistics partners, or our retailers.
- The ability to solve a problem, no matter what's thrown at you.
- Top class prioritisation skills - the ability to juggle multiple demands as the business goes through a significant level of change

- Exposure to learning about the various roles within innocent.
- Foundational understanding of the tension between supply and demand, and the systems that underpin it.
