Invoice Administrator

White Horse Employment are delighted to be working alongside a large, growing automotive company who have thrived in their industry for 50 years. They have recently acquired more stock from another business in their industry which has immensely increased their consumer buy in.

Because of this large growth they are looking to implement a new, more efficient system to handle their automation process when it comes to invoice processing. During this transition they are predicting teething issues so are recruiting for a temporary Invoice Administrator to support with invoice processing whilst this system gets implemented.

You'll be responsible for:

- Manually processing invoices
- Keeping on top of current invoice queries
- Making sure the new system implementation runs as smoothly as possible and all invoices are dealt with correctly
- Basic experience / general knowledge of finance
- Good administration skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A strong driven attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Graduate
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
