rTriibe have a superb opportunity for 4 x support workers to work within a supported living service based nr Filton, Gloucestershire. Working in a very large supported living home split into 4 self contained flats.

**A full UK Driving Licence is available**

**About the role**:

- You will be looking after 4 gentlemen aged 40 - 60 years of age with 2 of the service users having LD/AUTISM and the other having challenging behaviours.
- All 3 of them like regular outings on a daily basis, i.e bowling, day trips, pub lunches, crafts and cinema trips.
- We are looking for people with a driving licence as all 4 service users have their own cars, so the ability to drive with a full clean licence is essential.

**Duties**:

- Assisting with jobs around the house
- Teaching and developing life skills
- Encouraging the people we support to access the community
- Accompanying on trips and leisure activities
- Dealing with some behaviours that challenge
- Personal care
- Taking an interest in the lives of the people we support

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Positive Behaviour Support Worker type role is not essential but an awareness of learning disabilities and challenging behaviours is.
- What is most important is that you are an empathetic, resilient and robust individual with a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Having the ability to think on your feet is an important skill for this role as it means that you will be able to adapt to the needs of the people you are supporting.

**Salary**:
£21,255 working 37.5 hours per week, short shifts available are 7am -2pm or 2pm -9pm, long shifts 7am - 10pm, sleep-ins available at £42, career progression opportunities and an extensive benefits package.
