SME sized manufacturing company with friendly and expanding offices in Basford. You will be joining a well-established busy team of 6 Sales Administrators. This is varied role encompassing order taking, giving technical advice and dispatching orders.

Hours of work are 8.30-5pm, with free on-site parking, and generous pension.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**
- Taking orders over the phone
- Providing sales and technical support
- Processing orders using Sage 200
- Liaising with Logistics providers
- Liaising with internal departments - accounts, production, and despatch
- Making proactive promotional calls as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Sales Office / Sales Support experience
- IT savvy, ideally using Sage or similar
- Team focussed, with a great sense of humour

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
