We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Activities Coordinator **to join our successful Care Plus team.

As an **Activities Coordinator** you will design, organise, and deliver a varied and appropriate programme of activities taking into consideration the needs and wishes of each individual. We are looking for someone to join our team who can demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times, who cares about delivering excellent customer service and who can communicate effectively.
