**What will I be doing?**

Working as part of a focused and highly valued digital team you will:

- Technical Leadership:_ Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices, efficient workflows, and adherence to industry standards and trends.
- Project Delivery:_ Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, define technical specifications, potential technical risks, and proactively propose solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Management:_ Lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. Provide mentorship and support to team members, guiding their technical skill development and helping them overcome challenges.- Quality Assurance:_ Ensure the highest level of quality in the team's work by conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and implementing testing methodologies. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Client Partnership:_ Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements, offer expert advice, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Cross-team Collaboration:_ Foster effective collaboration between the technical team and other departments within the agency, such as strategic planning, design and project management, to ensure effective integration of technical solutions into overall project workflows.

You will work closely with all teams and on all clients across the agency.
