Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a Patient Administrator on a permanent basis to work for the UK's largest hospital group.

**Location**: Frimley Park

**Employment Type**: Monday-Sunday,
**4x9 hour shifts a week**

**What’s in it for you?**

**Salary**: Up to £23,000 + benefits

**On a typical day you will**: As a Patient Administrator you will play a pivotal role in how we support our patients throughout their healthcare journey. Provide a high-quality administrative and secretarial service for the unit to ensure an efficient service, using IT systems and digital technology to ensure patients feel informed throughout the process, and provide administrative support to colleagues for the imaging services we provide.

**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
- Flexibility in working patterns to fulfil site requirements. You would be required to work 4x9 hour shifts a week that would typically be within a time frame of 7am and 7.30pm (with both early and late shifts).
- A proficient understanding of IT packages and administration tasks
- The ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both on the phone and face to face
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- A supportive, trustworthy and reliable approach to their work
- An empathetic and caring approach.
