**We are currently recruiting for a temporary Food & Beverage Assistant at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel.**

**The contract will be 40 hours per week for 6 months.**

**Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in Worcester has recently had a £4.2m renovation, meticulously designed to celebrate the country house hotel’s heritage, and introduced the new brasserie-style dining experience in The Refectory restaurant, situated in the site of the original nun’s cafeteria, as well as eight new bedrooms situated on the second floor with a further seven rooms built in the original schoolhouse in St Anne’s Wing, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 70.
**You will work a variety of shifts including earlies from 6am to 3pm, Lates from 3pm - midnight/3am and weekends as these tend to be the busiest days.

You will be an attentive person who can spot in seconds when someone is trying to catch your eye for the bill, whether they’re missing a spoon for their dessert, or if they need a high chair before they even need to ask. You’ll also have a big responsibility for maintaining the safety and well being of our guests, from allergy awareness to standards of cleanliness.

**About you**:

- Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role but this is not essential as training will be provided and the right attitude is more important than experience
- You’ll be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
- You’ll take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of Hand Picked
- You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
