Menzies Distribution are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Ellesmere Port.

**Ellesmere Port, CH65**

**Full-time, permanent**

**Monday - Friday, NIGHT 52.5 hrs P/W**

**£34,000**

Warehouse Supervisor duties:

- Establish and maintain agreed performance levels for all warehouse activity
- Strong emphasis on monitoring & controlling the safe movement of products when loading / unloading vehicle
- Liaise, support and develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
- Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported, ensuring efficient flows of stock
- Ensuring efficient and effective delivery and implementation of all aspects of Clients operational requirements
- Organising Training activities/scheduling
- Monitor agreed performance levels for all warehouse/related activity
- Reporter of issues found within the warehouse to complete to the end
- Follow the daily schedule and ensure loads are completed in line with the booking and targets
- Daily Team Briefing
- Manage temporary labour and their hours daily
- General Housekeeping

Warehouse Team Leader requirements:

- Good spoken and written communication skills
- A professional manner
- Supervisor / Man Management.
- Good computer literacy _(Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)_
- MHE - Articulated/Counterbalance/PPT licenses preferable
