**THE COMPANY**:
Our client, a well-established business within the Manufacturing and Distribution sector is experiencing significant growth and due to this they are looking for an Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

This is a busy and highly varied role where you will be getting involved in sales order processing, administering and raising quotations, finance administration as well as providing excellent customer support.

WHAT’S ON OFFER:

- Salary: £21K
- Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or would consider part-time hours
- Permanent
- Free Parking

**THE ROLE**:

- Managing the sales inbox and responding to enquiries
- Inputting relevant information on the CRM
- Being the first point of contact for general enquiries either via phone or online chat
- Locate stock by contacting suppliers and stockists
- Raising quotations
- Managing the sales order and processing through the system
- Chasing up on any missing information in relation to the order
- Chasing outstanding quotes
- Assisting the Director with PO information, inputting PO's
- Arranging shipping and delivery info
- Assist with maintaining the company website
- Post company promotions and advertising on social media
- Assist with Marketing campaigns

**THE IDEAL PERSON**:

- Have excellent communication skills and be a team player
- Drive to progress and take on additional responsibilities
- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
