Reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager(s)

Location: Lurgan (Hybrid)

Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain effective working relationships across Terex, communicating effectively & appropriately to differing audiences
- Positively influence change and have a significant impact on GBS strategic objectives.
- Liaise between GBS AR and internal/external partners to deliver high quality results.
- Promote, maintain and enhance an environment of strong internal control
- Measurement of project milestones and targets
- Deliver projects, overcoming obstacles with a solution mindset

Required Education & Experience
- Experience in leading people and managing projects within a Finance function of a global organisation, ideally within an Accounts Receivable department
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Extensive Oracle experience
- Experience in delivering automation solutions
- Experience of technology used within a Finance function and an understanding of Financial Systems architecture
- Experience managing high volume of data, with excellent Excel skills to assist interpretation & presentation of results
- Degree qualification in Business/Finance related studies

Desirable Education & Experience
- Basic knowledge of non-Oracle ERPs (e.g. Pronto, Simplicity, Epicor)
- Working knowledge of IT packages connected to a finance project role, including experience of project management tools
