Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

**Location: Head Office, Sunderland**

**Hours: Temporary Role**

**THE ROLE**:As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you would be expected to work as part of the existing Accounts team.

**DUTIES**:Will include but is not limited to:

- Process purchase ledger invoices.
- Prepare and process all direct to site invoices.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers as well as the sales departments regarding invoice queries.
- Process supplier and customer credit notes.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Scan invoices, delivery notes and all relative paperwork.
- Various office ad hoc office duties as and when required

**CANDIDATE**:We are looking for someone who is very well expreienced in a purchase ledger department and a good team player. As well as having Good experience in Sage 50 Accounts which is essential.

**Experience**:

- purchase ledger: minimum 3 year (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HENDON SUNDERLAND, SR2 8NT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
