**What will the apprentice be doing?**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Admin for the sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Contacting customers, to ensure invoices are clear for payment and developing good customer relationships.
- Resolving queries both externally and internally with outstanding invoices
- Administration of company petty cash
- Aged debt and creditor reports
- Reconciliation of high volume transaction
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

The apprentice will be supported by the finance department throughout the apprenticeship with administrative tasks - contributing to the business needs and receive a 'Level 3 Business Administration' qualification.

The training provider for this apprenticeship is Sunderland College and they will support with providing top class education whilst earning and learning.
