Business and Finance Administrator

The Role
Nigel Wright are exclusively supporting a busy manufacturing company in Sunderland with their search for a Business and Finance Administrator. The role will be to provide administrative support to the Executive Team, Senior Management Team, and other employees as needed to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely completion of business functions.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer main phoneline and transfer calls/take messages to pass through
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Dispatching samples to customers/new business opportunities
- Cover reception duties for greeting and booking in visitors and contacting necessary employee to collect visitor
- Co-ordination of incoming new business enquiries
- Prep and clear down meeting rooms including catering requirements
- Maintain supplied in meeting rooms
- Purchase ledger (1 day a week plus holiday cover)
- Contribution to QSE reporting
- Management of delivery notes on accounting system
- Manage stock in vending machine
- Vending machine management - (co-ordinate maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting with third party contractor)
- Ad hoc administration support as required
The Person
We are looking for an experienced administrator who preferably has some experience within purchase ledger/Sage 200.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent I.T. Skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to accommodate ever-changing working environment and demands placed upon it
- Possess a positive, professional, cheerful attitude
- Must be able to fit in to a culture where teamwork, empowerment and dedication are of utmost importance
