Mobile Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our established team based in Nottingham. This is a mobile role working across multiple prestigious sites in the Nottingham area and we are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and is wanting to make an impact to the community.

This role is offered on a full time basis with standard working hours of 7:30am-4pm with some flexibility needed.

As this is a mobile role, a Full UK Driving License is essential in order to operate the company vans.

**The key duties of this role are**:

- Grass cutting
- Regular weeding of beds (which will include weed killing)
- Seasonal pruning and deadheading
- Undertaking general caretaking duties
- Cleaning on site
- General maintenance (changing lamps)
- Carrying out of Planned Maintenance activities, light switch checks, etc
- Litter picking and leaf removal
- Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (Training Provided)

Previous caretaking experience is not essential however a background in caretaking, cleaning or similar would be advantageous.
