My Client in Avonmouth are recruiting an admin support for their operations team. Full time permanent role from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Duties are:
Providing general administrative support to the department & other general office duties

Supporting Job Owners by preparing paperwork, raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders

Reception duties, such as but not restricted to nswering the telephone and main entrance door

Supporting the Operations Team by administering travel in accordance with Job Owner and/or direct Travel Requests ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate & provided in a timely manner to personnel travelling as necessary

Purchasing, including by credit card, bank card and purchase order

Franking post including airmail and sending parcels by courier

Recording & reconciling department credit card transaction

Scanning, filing (electronic & hard copy) & issuing documentation as appropriate

May be required to complete other business activities on behalf of the company from time to time in line with identified skills, competencies and experience

You must have:
Exceptional organisational skills with very high attention to detail

Ability to multi task, task, anticipate and respond effectively to changing priorities

Flexible, conscientious attitude to work

High standard of written & verbal communication, with a confident & professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills

IT literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
