Brilliant are currently looking for a Receptionist on behalf of a leading provider of specialist equipment to growing infrastructure and associated end markets.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

**Reporting to**: Finance Director.

**Liaising with**: All staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take incoming calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages where necessary.
- Ad-hoc duties would include arranging couriers and taxis, distributing incoming faxes, ordering stationery/ kitchen supplies as well as handling of post on a daily basis.
- As well as meeting and greeting, you will have responsibility for managing the meeting rooms, ensuring they are correctly set up with refreshments and catering as ordered.
- Deal with catering arrangements for meetings.
- Liaise with Customers and Clients as a first point of contact, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and a positive impression of the company.
- Ensure that the company’s health and safety policy and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensuring the reception area is presentable.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Undertaking administrative work when required.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

**Requirements**:

- Good Telephone Manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive approach to work and a willingness to help with tasks as required.
- Efficient and well organised.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel).
