**What We’re Looking For**
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and effective learning content across various formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, reports, guides, ‘experiments’, scripting etc.
- **Research**: Utilise your understanding of research methodologies to inform the development of learning materials that are evidence-based and up-to-date with industry best practices.
- **Learning Design**: Collaborate with Learning Consultants to create innovative and immersive learning experiences that are guided by client and learner needs.

**What You’ll Need**

**Mandatory**
- A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in content creation across various formats.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task, comfortably operating individually and collaboratively with the immediate team and wider organisation.
- Proficiency in IT tools and platforms for content creation.
- Passion for learning design/game design.

**Desirable**
- The ability to track ROI through assessment and data analysis.
- Previous experience facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.
- A background in commercial learning and development.
- Experience/interest in game design.
- Understanding of accessibility in learning design.
