We are looking for someone with experience of supporting people with complex lives This is a dedicated front-line caseworker, who can engage, triage, and provide a strong support plan for people living complex lives - focused on recovery, resettlement, empowerment and inclusion. People with complex lives have a combination of mutually reinforcing challenges including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, offending behaviour, mental ill health and poor physical health.

People in these situations have often experienced childhood trauma, family breakdown, domestic abuse and other major life changing events. Therefore, the complex lives caseworker will be the consistent point of contact for people and be their champion in co-defining their assets, needs and outcomes.

You will work flexibly and provides personalised responses to individual strengths and needs - a strongly asset-based approach. You will have experience of supporting people with complex lives and your values will reflect those of Citizens Advice. You will be non-judgemental in your approach and recognise the complex and individual needs of our clients.

The role will include supporting people in mental health in patient hospitals and those receiving support through the Changing Futures Programme. This is a challenging and rewarding role for the right person.
