**Overall purpose of the Job**

Ensure all new customers are rated via Credit Check - prior to onboarding.

Ensure all new customers are “onboarded” with telephone to discuss contact info & billing correctly recorded in system.

Ensure all new customer set in SAGE and CASH correctly & any Time Gate data linked to SAGE code

Ensure that all receipts are posted in a timely manner, especially at month end.

Managing Credit Control Team (3)

Chasing Customers for payment with support of BDM

**Main duties & key responsibilities**
- Posting of receipts daily for both eventually
- Credit Control
- Resolving Queries managing the team to resolve quick queries
- Raising Credit notes
- Credit Checks
- Opening new accounts
- Manage Credit Control Manage Dash board target collections and deal with customer direct contact UK as required
- Assist with invoicing at month end

- Direct report responsibilities Team per Chart
- Internal working relationships - Group FD/MC Manpower/FC Technology/Operations teams for query & review/BDM
- External working relationships -Customers.
- Additional information
- This role is office based and has time pressures at month end close and payroll periods where required additional working hours may be required.
