Tropifruit UK Limited have many years of experience importing Caribbean and African fruit and vegetable produce from all over the world selling wholesale around the country and to market traders across the UK.

As our Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will have previously worked in freight and logistics with responsibility in organising shipments, obtaining rates and costings, negotiating with suppliers and carriers to ensure maximum profitability and service level on every shipment.

Your duties in this role will include:

- Speaking and following up with the clearing agent
- Pins requesting
- Vehicle booking
- Organising drivers
- Keeping in constant communication with the Warehouse
- Resolving issues during the shipping period, communicating any delays to the relevant areas

This is a Full-time role with the working hours of Monday to Friday. Flexibility with hours is essential and overtime will be required from time to time. Salary offered will be circa £21k per annum.
