Prospectus is delighted to work with Asthma + Lung UK to recruit an EA to COO, a crucial part of the Operations Directorate which provides the support functions to the charity. The post is offered as a full-time fixed term contract ending in December 2024 with flexibility on hybrid work.

Asthma + Lung UK is a compelling organisation fighting for a world where lung health is prioritised through better understanding, research, treatment, and support.

The post holder will provide high-level operational support to the COO interacting regularly with the Operations Leadership Team and representing the COO across the organisation when needed. You will ensure that the COO is as efficient and effective as possible by managing their diary and by ensuring the smooth running of their office and directorate. The EA to COO will undertake ad-hoc project work as needed including representing the directorate in organisation-wide projects. You will also plan and organise Operations Leadership Team meetings undertaking proactive preparation.

We are looking for a well-organised and highly professional EA or Senior PA with excellent manners and attention to detail. You will have a flow for operations and project management, and you will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and written skills and intermediate to advanced IT skills, in particular knowledge of MS Office. Last but not least, you will be passionate about our client’s cause and will bring your enthusiasm as an added value to the team.
