**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including eLearning courses, videos, simulations, and assessments.
- Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to create effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with multimedia specialists, graphic designers, and developers to integrate multimedia elements into instructional materials.
- Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of instructional content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and eLearning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or related role.
- Proficiency with instructional design software and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
