Complaints Advisor

**Job Description**:
Are you a skilled customer service advisor with complaints management experience?
A well-established automotive company are looking for someone to join the ever-growing team customer care team.
- To investigate complaints in full whilst recording, in detail, all stages of the review and subsequent outcome.- Able to deal with customers in an emphatic and calm manner.- To resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.- To be the complainant’s key point of contact for the duration of the complaint.- Written response communication to the complainant in line with FCA guidelines.- Ensuring complaints are dealt with in full in line with FCA regulations.- Working with Quality control to identify problematic trends.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.- Strong teamwork and the ability to work with different levels of staff across the business.- IT Literate**Benefits**:
