**Role: Property Coordinator - Residential Lettings**

**Location: Manchester**

**Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum**

We are recruiting a Property Coordinator to join a forward thinking and tech savvy property company based in central Manchester.

You will be joining a people focused company, working in modern offices, with a driven and passionate team, a great company culture, company events and well-being focus.

The company manage the lettings of contemporary city living apartments across the UK.

As a Property Coordinator you will be part of the central office team, providing essential administrative and customer service support and actioning tenancy progression processes and procedures, alongside delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effective data entry, recording and updating the in-house property system, ensuring all relevant team members and departments are notified.
- Preparing and serving sectional notices as required
- Ensure the accurate completion of tenancy terms and conditions, deposit registration and renewals.
- Coordinate property inventories and cleaning to action any special requirements for incoming residents.
- Ensure complete property compliance, collating licensing requirements.
- Maintain and build organised resident tenancy progression files and folders, fully utilising and identifying ways to improve internal systems to streamline the resident lifecycle.
- Proactively build on your knowledge of sites and the resident lifecycle to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and contribute to new ideas of improving ways of working.
- Support the Head of Tenancy Management with additional company-wide tasks and projects.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous sales or administrative experience in a residential lettings / or similar office environment is essential.
- Working knowledge of property and resident lifecycles is desirable.
- Proactive, results and goal orientated with experience of working in a target driven and fast paced environment.
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Exceptional organisation skills, great attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Confident IT skills with previous experience using multiple systems at any one time. Knowledge and experience of Yardi and/or Hubspot is desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
