We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based at Manchester - Burnage Health Centre. This role is mainly based on site with travel to other sites required. The salary on offer would be starting from £30,000 per annum plus £3k car allowance.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (flexible).

This is a 3 month fixed term contract.

**About the role**:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Broad FM and Property experience both Soft and Hard FM
- Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards
- Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targets
