We are looking for a enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work directly with our Managing Director.

An proactive work ethic is essential as is an absolute passion for our business.

The role is exciting, demanding and varied and will include admin tasks, diary management,bookkeeping, financial management, stock control, rota management, confidential file work, business development and liasing with clients and staff on a daily basis. Some of the tasks can be performed remotely however some occasional evenings pay be required to attend Board meetings, Team meetings and client events.

Mainly Fridays and Saturdays and a pro active approach to jumping in where needed is essential to meet our clients needs.

The role will include some travel to meetings & client sites throughout Cornwall so flexibility is essential.

Initially part time the position could become full time or job share to suit the applicant and the businesses needs.

Flexible hours and some remote working are available if required and can be discussed at next steps.

We offer an exciting and refreshing working environment and you will be a truly valued member of our amazing Team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
