Here at Balfour Beatty Living Places we are looking to recruit a Quality Advisor to join our growing Quality Team. This has given rise to the exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Advisor covering Street Lighting depots throughout the Midlands and Northern England.
**What you'll be doing**

As a **Quality Advisor **you will:

- Support delivery teams in achieving the required deliverables, and
manage issues as required, whilst providing Quality advice to our supply
chain where appropriate
- Perform review meetings with senior contract team staff
- Use digital systems to monitor the performance of quality planning /
production of quality deliverables / managing issues against targets
- Support contracts with internal and external certification audits (e.g.
NHSS, HEA, BSI, NERS, ISO etc)
- Carry out local and supplier audits in line with its objectives
- Oversee the maintenance of the Business Management System,
- Support delivery teams as required, and maintaining NHSS-related
documentation to reflect the latest requirements
- Deliver Quality Awareness training to equip the business with the
skills to drive improvements in Quality performance
- Where required provide input to the tender development and bidding
process.

**Who we're looking for** You will have the following**:

- Experience of working in Quality Management role
- Experience in public works (street lighting or highways)
- Has an enquiring and questioning approach to audit work and experience

in managing accreditation audits
- Either a CQI Practitioner/Member or working towards

practitioner/membership status
- Awareness of NHSS, HEA or NERS certifications and their requirements
- Experience in using Digital Progressive Assurance systems / Electronic

Forms
- Operational experience in construction or asset management
- Formal qualification in Quality Management
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor trained;
