Our client in NG8, Bilborough, Nottingham manufactures health and beauty supplements.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm - No weekends

Basic administration and office duties.
- Filling paperwork
- Excel knowledge
- Computer litrate
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Greeting visitors at reception.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking room
- Arranging post and deliveries.

You must have experience in administration - NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE

You will need to ensure you can get to the Bilborough area of Nottingham and can do full-time, Monday to Friday.

You will need to provide refreneces.
