**About the role**

To Support patients with their Electricity Queries, production and delivery of invoices and reports

**What you will be doing**
- To maintain accurate information and uphold the integrity of data in Medics/ the Patient Management System through the management or actioning of:

- Electricity BACs form processing
- Electricity Web form processing
- Electricity Cheque reissues
- Electricity Queries
- BACS returns investigating and reprocessing.
- Data cleansing
- Service checks, anomalies in payments.
- Ensure that all tasks, projects, and month end deliverables are achieved to the required timetable ensuring invoice accuracy.
- To deliver high quality external and internal reports in line with contractual requirements
- Support as required with all tasks to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner.
- To deliver high quality output across
- Complete Ad Hoc projects as assigned.
- To Supply support to the Billing and Reporting Lead

**About You**
- Detailed understanding of the Medics Patient Management System
- High proficiency in working with other Microsoft products, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good written and excellent verbal communication skills at all levels - listening, understanding, and responding appropriately to identify key facts.
- The ability to adapt to change as required by differing contractual requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Calm and confident manner
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to deadlines and to meet KPIs.
- Aptitude to learn new skill sets.
- Comfortable working with data, business processes and contractual requirements

The office is home to a 24-hour call centre, as well as administrative support for all oxygen, ventilation, nebuliser, sleep and telehealth therapy services.
