We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading healthcare recruitment specialist, who have over 30 years’ experience of in supplying staffing solutions to NHS and private clients. As a Business Development Manager, you’llbe tasked with leading their development and growth, through increasing their business with existing clients and developing relationships with new prospective NHS trusts or private care providers. We’re looking for a commercially driven leader who can supportthe operational teams to deliver on exciting growth plans across temporary and contract recruitment.

On offer is an attractive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience, plus car allowance a commission scheme (paid monthly), medicash health insurance scheme, 25 days leave plus bank holidays and birthday, work-from-home days, company pension schemeand company sick pay.

**The Business Development Manager Role**
- You’ll be responsible for securing and maximizing business they have with existing healthcare clients by developing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that that high standards of customer service are consistent and monitoringclient satisfaction.
- Identifying new business opportunities, generating new leads and building up relationships with prospective clients in order to secure sales. These include new NHS Trusts, private hospitals and private care homes and nursing homes.
- Complete and submit tenders
- Negotiating pricing and contractual arrangements with the operational and finance teams.
- Designing and implementing business growth strategies, stipulating growth targets that will achieve the business plan
- Meeting with the MD and SMT on a regular basis to report on growth and sales performance.

**There are 3 regional offices across England, and this role will involve regular national travel, to visit both the offices and also clients.**
