- We need someone who can build relationships with all stake holders, particularly families, listen to their voice in a non-judgemental way, and support them with their emotional wellbeing, giving them strategies to help them overcome barriers to attendance, positive engagement etc. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of emotional wellbeing to successful learners and be able to empathise with the children and families, treating them with respect and compassion whilst giving them strategies to be successful and make progress. You should have an understanding of and an interest in how to support children and develop their wellbeing, especially those impacted by ACEs in their lives, and sound knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies.- The Hilton Lane Family expect:
