A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire’s Staff Wellbeing Hub

The Lincolnshire Staff Wellbeing Hub has been developed in the wake of Covid-19 and is committed to enhancing mental health resilience and supporting access to psychological treatment for frontline health and social care workers and care staff across Lincolnshire

The Hub provides a single point of access to trauma informed care in a timely, confidential and culturally competent way and seeks to not only support and signpost to the abundance of excellent current resources across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS), but also has the capacity to offer psychological support within the Hub. The Hub is a collaboration across Lincolnshire health and social care organisations, delivered by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT)

We provide holistic care from the Lincolnshire Staff Wellbeing Hub, with treatment to support psychological and physical wellbeing and other interventions such as wellbeing workshops, psycho-education and groups.

The post holder will be providing assessment and interventions to staff referring to the service, supporting them to receive evidence based interventions with a clear focus upon their recovery. Effective working within an MDT and liaison with key internal and external stakeholders is a key requisite of this service.

The successful applicant will have the appropriate experience and qualifications to meet the post requirements and will be genuinely interested in wellbeing and our personal responsibility around this.

The role this post holder will have will support the wider Staff Wellbeing Team and therefore the patients those staff members are working with across te Lincolnshire Health and Social Care System

Carry out triage assessments, health promotion activies/ guided self help and signposting to staff contacting the Lincolnshire Staff Wellbeing Hub

Accept referrals via agreed protocols within the service

Undertake patient’s assessments in line with service protocols these can be conducted face to face or telephone

Make decisions on suitability of new patients adhering to the services protocols and refer unsuitable patients to the relevant service or back to the referrer as necessary in conjunction with the live supervisor

Conduct risk and safeguarding assessments, and take appropriate action in line with the organisation’s risk management processes and procedures.

Provide a range of information and support for evidence based high-volume low-intensity psychological treatments. This may include; guided self-help, computerised CBT, courses and workshops. This work may be face to face, telephone or via other media.

Attend team meetings, or any other meetings as request by your manager

Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.

Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols.

Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down a
