**We need**: A School Administrator
**To start**: 1st September 2023
**Pay Scale**: NJC grade 3 point 5-6. Annual salary £21,575 - £21,968 (FTE) actual salary £9,930 - £10,111 depending on knowledge and experience

**Hours**:35 hours per week

**Contract**:permanent, term time only plus 5 training days

**Times**: 8:00 - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday

We are seeking to appoint a highly professional, competent, confident, well-organised person. Previous office experience and/or in a public-facing role would be desirable but not essential. The post holder will need to be conscientious and accurate. You should have a good telephone manner, welcoming nature, a good sense of humour and show initiative and discretion. You should have knowledge and experience of all main Microsoft office packages. Experience of the school systems, sims.net would be an advantage, although full training can be given. Experience in marketing and communication.

Main Duties will be:

- Receptionist
- To provide a professional interface between the school, visitors and families
- Respond to all enquires in person or on the telephone
- Liaise with outside agencies

Other duties
- School admissions and leavers
- Marketing and communication using school systems and website management
- General secretarial duties for all staff
