Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with engineering / manufacturing experience?
Our client based in Peterborough is seeking a Quality Engineer to join them on a full time permanent basis owing to business growth working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours 7.30-4 or 8-4.30. Interviews will begin in early 2023.
**Responsibilities**
As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Executing and coordinating quality assurance activities.
- Development of QMS
- Ensuring prompt reporting and investigation of any quality issues
- Ensure continuous international standard certification
- Providing guidance, advice & support on quality matters
- Promote employee engagement and involvement of quality establishing continuous improvement.
- Deliver accurate information for reporting & training purposes
**Skills required**
- Previous quality engineering experience within engineering / manufacturing / workshop.
- HND / HNC in Mechanical Engineering although consideration will be given to those with relevant experience that haven't yet studied.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Thrive on working as part of a team
