**About Our Client**:
The organisation you'll be working for is a professional body within medical sector with over 70 years of experience in the field.

Main duties include:

- Managing and delivering a range of diverse projects,
- Managing the work and delivery outcomes of a range of projects and initiatives within agreed timescales and budget,
- Working with external organisations to achieve project deliverables,
- Provide written and verbal update reports to the project funder, including financial status, in line with the terms in the funding grant letter,
- Effectively promoting and marketing relevant aspects of projects,
- Providing line management support to other members in the team in the absence of the team manager,
- Organise and service meetings of varying sizes and complexity, preparing papers, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions

**The Successful Applicant**:

- HND or equivalent experience,
- Proven project management experience,
- Ability to develop effective marketing strategies to promote activities and raise the profile of projects,
- Experience of working in NHS environment desirable,
- Excellent communication skills,
- An understanding of budget setting and management,
- A good understanding of marketing and communication principles in order to promote projects ,
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually,
- Excellent report writing skills,
- Ability to work tight deadlines,

**What's on Offer**:

- Permanent role
- 35 hours per week
- Flexible working hours (start time between 8am-10am, finish time between 4pm-6pm)
- Hybrid working (min. 2 days per week in the office)
- Centrally located office
