**Job Description**:
- As the Administrator they will be importing records and any amendments made by members
- Ensuring all data inputted is accurate and precise
- Creating new groups with large numbers and ensuring up to date membership details
- The Administrator will be importing Excel spreadsheets into the Inhouse System
- To undertake any other duties as required
- GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Prior experience of Administration
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Exceptional standard of grammar and spelling with attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and with others in a small team
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
**Salary**: £20,000 per Annum
