The City & Capital team are currently representing a well respected & fast growing property management company who manage and oversee a high net worth property portfolio in London. Due to the companies plans to substantially increase the size of this portfolioover the coming period, they are actively looking to grow their property administration team with three key appointments at a genuinely exciting time.

Our client requires
- Junior Property Administrator
- Property Administrator
- Senior Property Administrator

Each role will work in support of our clients Head of Property, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Head of Maintenance, Maintenance Operatives and Directors with a view to ensuring that the business runs efficiently and to its best potential.

The core purpose of the property administration division will be to act as the glue that binds all activity together, ensuring that all work is scheduled and managed in line with the need of tenants and landlords. There will be a large element of diary managementand organisation in terms of ensuring the management and maintenance team are achieving the required deadlines for the required work.

Due to this you would expect to be a key point of contact for clients at all times and will manage and maintain e mails and communications on behalf of the business. You will be the driving force behind keeping the department organised, and on schedule.

In addition to ensuring diaries are managed and work complete you will also take oversight of the activity and administration of key documents that pertain to property management.

**Examples include, but may not be limited to**:

- Updating and administration of safety certificates
- Oversight and administration of financial matters pertaining to property rent and fees
- Monitoring and handling tenant renewal dates and the renewals process
- Oversight and management of utility bills and other associated suppliers
- Oversight and administration of insurance and other policy documents
- Processing claims and handling outcomes
- Attend site visits with property management and maintenance, where required
- Upkeep of the office and meeting spaces
- Arranging and administrating property visits
- Arranging and administrating property onboarding and disposal
- Identifying, engaging and managing external contractors and their requirements
- Undertaking landlord and tenant checks

The above list of not exhaustive, but will give you a good idea of the balance between strong diary management and the activity that you may expect in order to best support that property portfolio and team.

The differing levels of seniority in the team will require different levels of experience within the property management market. What is consistent is that the ideal individuals for each role will be highly organised and very comfortable when managing multipleduties at any one time.

The roles would suit individuals who are very proactive by nature but is comfortable when reacting to situations as they arise.

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience within property management or administration
- Experience of working to support tenants and landlords in a previous role

**Ideal Personal Attributes**:

- Highly organised and proactive in approach
- Comfortable spinning a number of plates at any time
- Happy to put the needs of tenants and clients first
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidentiality is key
- Ambitious and keen to drive career forward within

The salary range of these positions stretch between c£30k and £50k, relevant to experience. Higher offers may well be considered for exceptional experience. Salary will be complemented by access to our clients annual bonus scheme to assist with growing annualincome further still.
