Working as part of the Reward team, within the wider People function, this role plays a key part in providing a phenomenal people experience through our benefits and wellbeing offering. This is an exciting opportunity if you're passionate about total reward and improving the value that benefits and wellbeing can add for our people.

This role will help shine a light on our benefits and wellbeing offering and help build an outstanding experience for our people where it matters the most.

**This role in a nutshell**:
The purpose of the Benefit & Wellbeing Coordinator is to support the administration of our people offer by owning the monthly benefit cycle in its entirety, maintaining the content in our benefit platform My Rewards and supporting people services with queries raised via Ask OVO.

You'll also be our champion of all things benefit & wellbeing, working with the engagement & belonging teams on campaigns/ initiative as well as supporting our new joiners at OVO Kick offs.

Our people are at the heart of Plan Zero, working hard to put our customers first and in return we want to give them a first class benefit & wellbeing experience.

**Your key outcomes will be**:

- Processing of benefits tasks related to the monthly benefit/pension window cycle:, Payroll reporting, opening of selection windows, external provider processing & reporting.
- Raising of invoices/PO in relation to benefit providers fees/selections.
- Maintaining accuracy of Invoice trackers in conjunction with Reward Operations Advisor.
- Maintaining the content on My Rewards in line with feedback internally and policy changes externally.
- Supporting the benefits manager with benefit campaigns/ comms linked to annual window, new benefits & pension re enrolment.
- The champion of OVO Kick off from a benefit & wellbeing perspective.
- Maintaining the accuracy of content on the wellbeing hub in conjunction with the People Engagement team.
- Creating and owning the yearly wellbeing calendar: webinars, tool kits & People Leader support in collaboration with the belonging teams.
- OVO's wellbeing champion.
- Supporting our people & People Services with front line queries raised through AskOVO.
- Supporting the Benefits Manager with continuous review and improvement of current processes.

Within your first 3 months month you'll:

- Have familiarized yourself with and successfully completed the monthly benefit process cycle
- Have introduced yourself to our external providers
- Be familiar with our people offer, benefits, flex pay, contract types
- Be comfortable explaining our people offer to people at OVO
- Be known in your business area and by key collaborators.
- Be familiar with our wellbeing hub and the support available to our people

- **Are comfortable working in a fast paced, varied role** Whether it's the accuracy of our monthly benefit cycle, improving existing processes or elevating the experience of our people offer there will be a lot of variety; you're able to keep on top of it all and are prompt on delivery.

- Are uncomfortable problem solving and looking for alternative solutions. In this role you will be a super user for our benefits platform for My Rewards, you won't need to be an expert but you will be confident in working with systems you're not familiar with.
- Are uncomfortable, talking to people about our benefits and wellbeing offering. As our benefits & wellbeing champion you will play a key role in helping our people understand & get the most out of our People offer here at OVO.
