Lead on developing and maintaining the Employee Relations information systems held within the department, providing reports on a regular basis for performance monitoring purposes.
- Provide administration and clerical support to the Employee Relations teams, including note-taking at meetings.
- Work as part of a team to deliver the highest standards of administrative support. Main duties will include typing, data maintenance and inputting, responding to telephone enquiries, use of office equipment such as photocopiers and the maintenance of physical and electronic records.

This role can be based in our Brighton, Worthing or Chichester offices and is a combination of office based and home working.

- To provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the team, with excellent attention to detail in the following
- organising meetings (to include diary invites and booking of rooms
- taking notes and providing written transcript in a timely manner
- formatting and compiling report
- photocopying, printing, collating and distribution of report
- electronic filing
- inputting case information onto the ER Tracker database
- use and maintain a daily brought-forward system for reminders in your work and that of the team, where necessary
- co-ordinating training materials and ensuring delegate packs are available for the delivery of training
- To manage the HR Advice inbox, providing responses on basic queries and escalating more complex issues to the most appropriate member of the HR tea
- To maintain an electronic filing system for the effective management of employee relations cases, with appropriate naming and filing of electronic documents
