**About the role**

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the personal development and safeguarding of our students as part of our Pastoral Team. As an Assistant Head of Year, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the pastoral care of our students for either Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4. With a key focus on attendance, well-being and safeguarding.
