**Job Role**
As our Client Experience Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients.
It means you’ll be responsible for creating and enhancing our clients’ experience. So no pressure ()

**Reports to**
Practice Manager (Lorna Young)

**Location**
West End of Edinburgh. Two days in the office as mandatory, with the remaining three at the employer’s discretion.

**Essential**:

- Experience working with Microsoft office tools
- A self-motivated team player
- Someone who is a confident speaker and excels at building relationships

**Highly Desirable**:

- Experience using CRM (client record management) software
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Be organised and able to manage your time properly
- Proactively pursue new ideas to enhance the client experience working with the company

**Experience**:

- Ideally experience working in financial services
- Front-facing customer/client servicing experience
- Able to demonstrate practical examples of where the desired skills / qualities have been put to use

**Day to day activities**:

- Help maintain and run adviser review schedules
- Calling clients to arrange review meetings for Reddington advisers
- Diligently and accurately work through preparatory work for advisers (finalising agendas and issuing valuations to clients)
- Updating our Client Record Management system (Salesforce) with client details and preferences
- Utilise back office systems to extract greater understanding of Reddington’s range of clients and their personal preferences
- Develop relationships with advisers/clients and understand their preferences
- Help to source, pick and send out client gifts
- Ensure client significant events and milestones recognised
- Consider and implement new elements to the client experience to enhance quality of our offering
- Develop and organise a calendar of client events
- Work with marketing to combine marketing activities with the client experience

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
