Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Project Estimating Coordinator** to join our team in **Vauxhall, London**

**THE ROLE....**

As a Junior Project Estimating Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team, contributing to the estimates & assessment of project costs and timelines for our regional, domestic, and international services. Your main responsibilities will involve estimating and executing projects while collaborating closely with our Project Managers and Commercial Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about art or is starting out their career in project management, who also possesses strong organisational & communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and specialised industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES....**
- Manage inbound [web or call] client requests as well as B2B Clients
- Lead evaluation and client research
- Onboarding New Clients - Knowledgeable about the Crozier suite of storage and services solutions
- Utilise tariff and existing pricing tools approach to build estimates for regional, domestic and international services with a focus on transactional requests not large scale or complex service solutions
- Booked job task entry and maintenance [dates, tasks, subtasks, expenses and paperwork]
- Provide clear and concise directives to operating depts and third party vendors
- Maintain operations and financial compliance, as well as uphold Project Management standards
- Support Project Managers with standard estimates generation for overflow requests on lower value transactions or by need basis
- Consult or pass to Project Management or specialist function for problem solving, change management and escalation where appropriate
- Provide the highest level of client experience
- Utilise problem-solving abilities if changes to the project occur - work through issue resolution to completion, delegating or escalating when necessary

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING....**
- Proven team player with a track record of building relationships
- A passion for fine art would be advantageous
- A degree or background in project management would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments
- Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail as well as ability to use initiative and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
- Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vauxhall, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fine Art: 1 year (preferred)
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
