We train and support our care givers to provide an excellent quality of work through kind and effective care. Our trainers are also expected to teach our material, evaluate carer's knowledge and provide feedback to managers at a high standard and regular basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on various topics
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Conduct training sessions in both group and individual settings
- Assess training needs and customize programs to meet specific requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure successful learning outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content

**Requirements**:

- Proven paid or voluntary experience as a Trainer/Teacher or similar role
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a simple, clear and concise manner (very important as most of our carers have English as a second langugage)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Some familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning techniques
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Bachelor's degree and/or experience in a relevant field is preferred, but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- London (required)
